In our online store you can pay with: Visa, Mastercard, American express by debit and credit cards

Stripe acts as the payment service provider and payment service provider.

For payments made with Visa, American express or MasterCard cards, Stripe will appear as the payee on the card invoice and forward the payment to the merchant. A payment confirmation from Stripe will be sent to the customer's e-mail after a successful payment transaction.   


ACCOUNT TRANSFER (advance payment)

If you order by prepayment (direct deposit), we will send a separate order confirmation within 48 hours showing Max Joacim Cosmetics Ltd:s payment information. After receiving the payment, we will send the products to the customer.

Free shipping when your order exceeds 200 euros!

At the "check out" site choose your country.

If your order exceeds 200 euros the text "Free!" will appear in the text field. After that just proceed to the payment site.

The standard shipping cost is 21,90 € for the following countries:


Austria, Greece, Netherlands, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Ireland, Portugal, Czhech Republic, France, Malta and Slovakia.

The standard shipping cost is 19,90 € for the following countries:

Luxemburg, Sweden, Germany, Denmark

The standard shipping cost is 10,90 € for the following countries:

Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia


Unfortunately we can not take orders outside EU!

You can order our products through the online store.

Your order will be processed and shipped in 1-2 days (card payments) and delivered approximately within 3-7 days .
Offline orders (direct deposit) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days after we have received the payment.

When you announce that you will pay in advance by bank transfer, the order confirmation you receive contains Max Joacim Cosmetics Ltd's payment information.

Please place your order carefully so we can process it promptly.

If the parcel is not picked up from the customer's post office it will be destroyed.

We will charge you normal postage + the product cost for resubmitting it.

Therefore, it is important that the customer keeps a close eye on the text messages when the package is available for retrieval. The arrival notification always comes as a text message.

Products that are broken during transport of the package will be replaced.

Please read the product instructions and any other instructions carefully before using the product.

Right of withdrawal

Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

If you want to return the product you ordered, it must be unopened and in its original condition.


Foreign packages

If the customer does not pick up the package when ordering abroad, Max Joacim Cosmetics Oy is not liable for compensation.

In this case, the customer primarily takes care of contacting the transport company himself and agrees on a new delivery time.

If the customer does not pick up the package, it will be destroyed in this case.

That is why it is of primary importance that the customer monitors his text messages and e-mail messages through which the arrival notification comes.

Max Joacim Cosmetics supplies the customer with a tracking code that can be used to find out the status of the package.
